NDIS Appeals – Information and Support Resource
If you disagree with a decision made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), you have the right to ask for an independent review through the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).
Disability Advocacy NSW can provide advocacy support for people with disability who are appealing an NDIS decision. However, because demand for support can vary, it may not always be possible to take new referrals immediately.
Even if advocacy support isn’t available right now, there are several other options and resources that can help you prepare, understand your rights, and get the information you need.

If you need advocacy support
If you would like advocacy support for an NDIS appeal, you can check our current availability on our referrals page.
When demand is high, our NDIS Appeals waitlist may be temporarily closed. If this happens, we’ll make that clear on our website and continue providing information and resources to help you find other support options.
If you’re unsure about your options or what to do next, you can call us on 1300 365 085 for guidance.
